- The legal age for membership Is 16 years old.
- Adherence to the customs and traditions of Saudi Arabia mandatory.
- Proper sportswear is required with proper sports shoes hand wraps, gloves.
- Smoking, consumption of food and drinks are not allowed inside the 9Round center.
- Lockers are usable during working hours only the administration will open all lockers after working hours without any liability.

- 9round has the right to cancel any membership If the member uses abusive language or violence against other members of 9Round staff.
- Member has the right to ask for direct contact with the branch manager for any complaint or suggestions.
- Members are not allowed to bring, buy, sell or use any kind of hormones, proteins in the center.
- Members are not allowed to provide any financial payments to any of 9Round staff.
- Members should notify the administration/coach of any medical problem prior to any athletic.
- 9Round is not responsible for any injuries or losses of any nature to members Inside the 9Round.
- 9Round has the right to close any branch or move members without any prior notice.

- Membership cards issued to the respective members are for the beneficiary's use only and are not transferable to anyone
- Any misuse of a membership card will result in termination of membership.
- 9Round offers each member a free trial prior to subscribing. Once a member has subscribed (whether a free trail was taken or not) these fees are non-refundable
